Diateq offers a comprehensive relap and inspection program. All tools are pre-inspected upon receipt. The data is analyzed and the appropriate repair process is assigned. A precisely measured amount of diamond is lapped to remove all mechanical or chemical wear and thermal heat damage due to electrostatic discharge.
Our customers benefit from the most consistently performing diamond tools available while maximizing the total number of repairs per tool. Diateq maintains an internal record to chart the total number of repairs, work provided, application and date. Along with general information, we record specific measurements such as radius, table height, geometry and wear patterns.
